The firm is headed by Howard Ghedia, who is a qualified accountant with excellent experience. He has gained extensive experience from one of the leading accountancy firms and has worked in international corporate industries, and has been servicing Hills Districts during this time.

 

Furthermore, the practice is one of the most forward-looking and innovative independent accountancy firms in Sydney.     Howard Ghedia is an MFAA Certified Broker and Mentor for the new entrant to the Mortgage & Finance industry.


    He is the Director of What Loan Pty Ltd. Howard has been a Mortgage Broker for over 20 years with banking and finance industry experiences.


    He also holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) and Australian Credit License 38 9886.


    Howard Ghedia is an experienced finance broker and does very complex loan deals involving residential construction & developments, and residential home. As well as commercial property loans, equipment & finance, personal loans, and business loans.


    He specialises in the self employed businesses and credit impaired.
